Leroy was late, wasn't in the location designated to pick us up...was basically parked behind a building out of sight so we all believe he was hiding so he could say we didn't show up! He was rude to say the least. If Viator continues to use AGW we will never book through them again! We really deserve a complete refund for this horrendous experience!
